Sir Teachalot - Year 5/6 - Ancient Greece Day

Sir Teachalot Comes to School!

On Tuesday 9th October 2018, a historian named Sir Teachalot came and taught us about the Ancient Greeks. The highly knowledgeable historian showed us many different artefacts and weapons. Some of us even got to come up to the front and pretend to be in the army!

As part of the day, we all dressed up as Ancient Greeks or people from that time. The day was a lot of fun and many of us got to be volunteers. The funniest part was when Mrs. Collins was dressed in Ancient Greek armour that was too heavy for her. We learned lots of facts and we all enjoyed the experience.
